He invested in the 1,000+ acre Grand Texas Development in NE Houston.

Mr. Qureshi is a creative and energetic manager who is dedicated to client and project success. He started his career in the demanding oil and gas industry in Southern Texas. He made his transition to residential construction and eventually into commercial projects. He is a team player and leader on the project site. He received his degree from the University of Houston in engineering.
Reuben Jacobs
Project Designer
Mr. Jacobs brings over 35 years of design experience to the team. He has a strong understanding of building codes, municipal processes and design requirements to get the designs just right for project needs and client's desires. Mr. Jacobs studied architecture at the University of Southern California and also teaches AutoCAD drafting.
Gary Lamb
Architect
Mr. Lamb is a licensed architect in Texas and California. He brings over 40 years of senior experience to Bedrock, having executed complex development projects across more than 12 states. Throughout his extensive career, his expertise has spanned large-scale residential, high-density multi-family, and major commercial developments.
Prior to joining Bedrock, Mr. Lamb led architectural design teams for prominent regional design firms, where he specialized in master planning, building code compliance, construction administration, and sustainable building integration. His comprehensive understanding of spatial design and municipal entitlement processes allows him to seamlessly bridge creative design vision with structural efficiency.

Mr. Qamar has over 29 years of hands-on, well-rounded international leadership experience in design, construction and real estate development. He has worked on commercial, hospitality and residential projects as well as medical, institutional and education projects. He has been part of award-winning projects and recognized as a leader while producing over 11 million square feet on 4 continents (7 countries, 26 US States) with a value over $1.6 billion.
Saad Malik

Mr. Malik is a talented designer with a sharp eye for details and aesthetic. He studied architecture in Pakistan and has been a valuable member of the Bedrock team for almost 4 years. He also functions as a project coordinator helping to ensure design details and intent are reflected correctly on the jobsite.
Robert Terrell

Mr. Terrell is an industry giant with over 60 years of experience in architecture. He has contributed to major projects including Disney Japan and Disney Paris. A past president of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA), he serves as an expert advisor to the Bedrock team.
Muhanad Elias
Development Manager
Muhanad Elias serves as Development Manager at Bedrock International Group, where he leverages his banking, economics, and project finance expertise to structure advantageous deals for commercial real estate developments.
Previously, Muhanad was a Vice President at Capstone, advising private equity investors and corporations in the energy sector on market insights, policy-driven risks, and transaction tailwinds. Prior to that, he worked at Wells Fargo, where he managed $3+ billion in diversified multi-asset portfolios for ultra-high net-worth individuals. He also held an engineering role at Global Engineering Solutions overseeing product development and manufacturing.
Muhanad holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California State University, Northridge, and sits on the executive board of multiple non-profits.
Jamal El Dabaje

Mr. El Dabaje, a 5 decade veteran of the building industry, has called the DFW area home since graduating from UT Austin in the early 1980s with an engineering degree. He heads Bedrock's operations in DFW and has executed many projects in the area over the years. His expertise in earthwork, underground utility, and concrete trades make him a superstar, although his diverse project and execution skills span all aspects of project development.
Maheen Ahsan

Ms. Ahsan is an essential member of the Bedrock team. While she is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and manages a local crew, she prepares Bedrock take-offs, estimates, and proposals for projects. Her keen eye for detail and sense of design give us confidence in her numbers. She studied architecture in Lahore, Pakistan.
Tim Yep
Design Production
Mr. Yep is a code, production, and buildability expert who can create construction documents and details that can save time and money in the construction process. He studied architecture at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington.
Sheraz Abbasi

Mr. Abbasi has practiced law in the State of Texas for many years, specializing in commercial real estate acquisitions, zoning, entitlement, and complex construction transactions. He has provided strategic counsel to institutional developers, investment syndicates, and corporate stakeholders across major real estate asset classes.
Beyond core real estate law, Mr. Abbasi has done considerable work in structuring, qualifying, and securing project financing through creative foreign investment methods, including the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
Mr. Abbasi holds a Juris Doctor degree and brings a unique legal and financial advantage to the Bedrock leadership team, ensuring seamless legal execution and cross-border capital integration across all projects.
