Robert Terrell brings six decades of institutional master planning and infrastructure leadership to Strata. An alumnus of the University of Southern California (USC) School of Architecture and a decorated U.S. Navy combat aviator who flew combat missions during the Vietnam War, Robert approaches large-scale spatial challenges with unyielding technical discipline and strategic clarity. Following his military service, he engineered nuclear reactor infrastructure and executed high-security research installations for the RAND Corporation, including their landmark Los Alamos research facility in New Mexico.

Between 1970 and 1983, Robert served as an integral design force within Walt Disney Imagineering. His signature portfolio includes pioneering master plans for EPCOT in Orlando—where he led the design of the advanced saltwater life-support habitats for living marine displays and the monorail transit system—alongside major expansions for Disneyland Paris and Tokyo Disneyland.

Robert’s international footprint spans major theme parks and leisure attractions across South Korea, Nigeria, and a landmark 4,000-acre destination resort in Ghana. A master of cultural and sacred architecture, he has planned and built numerous landmark churches, the Lao Community Cultural Museum in San Diego, and multiple Buddhist temples and civic sanctuaries across Vietnam and Laos. In the private sector, Robert has designed custom luxury estates for world-renowned A-list entertainment figures and engineered regional transit corridors, including the Branson, Missouri monorail network. At Strata, he directs master planning, entitlement visioning, and complex legacy asset design.

Reuben Jacobs anchors Strata’s technical delivery with over 35 years of hands-on architectural design, production management, and regulatory code compliance expertise. Educated at the University of Southern California (USC) School of Architecture, Reuben is recognized across the Western and Southern United States for bridging visionary design intent with flawless municipal execution.

A veteran educator who actively teaches advanced AutoCAD drafting, Reuben instills an uncompromising standard of drafting rigor, digital precision, and multidisciplinary coordination into every Strata document set. His exhaustive command of building codes, local zoning bylaws, life-safety regulations, and agency approval workflows enables Strata to de-risk projects early, compressing permitting cycles and eliminating costly on-site change orders. Reuben directs all drawing production packages, agency plan-checks, and technical coordination across commercial, healthcare, institutional, and residential portfolios.

Imran M. Qamar provides the firm’s executive management and global development leadership, bringing more than 29 years of international AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) experience across four continents, seven countries, and 26 U.S. states. Over his career, Imran has directed the delivery of more than 11 million square feet of built environment valued in excess of $1.6 billion, spanning commercial centers, luxury hospitality resorts, high-density residential developments, medical facilities, and institutional educational hubs.

Imran holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Minor in Business Administration) and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the University of Southern California (USC), and advanced through doctoral studies as a Ph.D. (ABD) in Urban Planning and Design. His multidisciplinary background fuses modernist design standards with institutional capital structuring, automated pre-construction systems, and owner's representative oversight. At Strata, Imran oversees day-to-day operations, project delivery management, capital alignment, and cross-functional teams to ensure that every asset delivers enduring civic presence and peak financial performance.
